Richard Baraniuk about Connexions

Rating 4.00 out of 5

We are on the cusp of a global revolution in teaching and learning. The Open Education movement promises to make educational materials available for anyone anywhere in the world. At Online Educa Berlin we had the chance to speak with Richard Baraniuk from Connexions, a knowledge repository that aims to reinvent how we write, edit, publish, and use textbooks and other learning materials. For an introduction to Connexions and Open Education we can highly recommend his talk “Goodbye, textbooks; hello, open-source learning” at the TED conference.
